1. Service Agreement
By booking a service with Vinjuhoh, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We provide chrome restoration, dashboard repair, and engine diagnostics at our facility in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
2. Booking & Cancellation
- Bookings must be confirmed via email or phone.
- Cancellations made 7+ days before appointment receive full refund.
- Cancellations within 7 days incur 50% service fee.
- No-shows forfeit 100% of payment.
3. Service Terms
- Quotes are estimates; final cost may vary based on inspection.
- Services include labor and standard materials only.
- Warranty: 12 months on workmanship, 6 months on parts (excluding wear items).
- Work begins only after written approval.
4. Payment
Payment must be made in full upon service completion via cash, bank transfer, or card. Deposits may be required for advance bookings.
5. Liability
Vinjuhoh is not responsible for damage to vehicles caused by pre-existing conditions, accidents, or third-party interference. We perform services with due care and professional standards.
6. Data Protection
We collect contact and vehicle information solely for service purposes. Your data is secure and never shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes must be reported within 14 days of service completion. Resolution will be attempted through direct communication; unresolved matters follow Malaysian law.
8. Changes to Terms
Vinjuhoh reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days' notice.
